Excellent Pizza Crust
Mar 9, 11:04 PM by Jonathan CamenischRebecca’s famous (to me) pizza now has a new crust. It’s posted on AllRecipes.com, but Rebecca makes a few modifications:
- Start everything in a mixing bowl
- In step 2, add just 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour to the liquid mixture; then let sit another 10 minutes.
- In step 3, use a dough hook in a heavy-duty mixture to gradually knead in all the white flour.
